Pets
Small dogs can be brought along on request. We charge a surcharge of €15 per day – excluding food. Please bring a basket or blanket for your four-legged friend.

Surcharges and terms of payment
Deposit: We are happy to receive written reservations by e-mail. The reservation becomes binding as soon as the deposit of 30% of the total reservation has been paid.
Please state your name as the reason for the transfer.

Payment:
Since 6 December 2011, according to Italian Legislative Decree no. 201/2011, it is no longer permitted to pay amounts of more than 2,999.99 euros in cash. However, the following means of payment are permitted: non-transferable cheque, bank transfer, EC card, credit card

Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival: On your day of arrival the flat is ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. In the event of a delay, we will be pleased to hear from you.
Departure: On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 09:30 at the latest.

Cancellations
We ask for your understanding that in the event of cancellations at short notice (2 weeks to 5 days before the start of the holiday) we will retain a deposit of 30% of the booking. Cancellations after this period will be charged at 50% of the booking. In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the price will be charged for the days booked but not used.
